Infrastructure partners with Singaporean firm to promote training

The Infrastructure, Uganda’s premier magazine on infrastructure development has entered a partnership with Singapore based group, InFocus International, to promote training of Ugandan, East African and African professionals in courses provided by the Group.

Under the partnership The Infrastructure Magazine will promote and link the professional courses offered by the Singapore based institute to Ugandan, East African and African professionals.

Infocus International is widely recognized as a global conference and summit organizer. “When you attend Infocus International conference you will benefit from a high-capacity programme, delivered by leading experts in the field, and an event platform offering high-level interaction, and invaluable opportunity to network and benchmark with other participants,” Emillia Mok, the Singaporean Group liaison officer, said of the courses offered.

Simon Omoding, the Managing Editor said, “As The Infrastructure Magazine, we are delighted that a partner of InFocus’ stature has elected to work with us. This is a clear manifestation of the credibility, regard and confidence that our international readers have on us. For us we will continue to be a well written, well packaged, high quality, credible, specialist trade magazine of choice by industry players.”

He said, “Our focus will remain to provide depth, insight, perspective, context as we cover oil & gas, construction, real estate, water & sanitation, eenergy, technology, telecommunications, transportation, manufacturing, mining, industry, services associated with infrastructure development, logistics, clearing & forwarding, among others.”

The Infrastructure Magazine is one of the specialized industry publications that have been selected by InFocus to work with as media partners around the world. The Infrastructure Magazine joins the big names in the industry like Mid East Information,  Financial Nigeria, PortNews, IndustryEvents, among others in this global partnership.

Between October 2022 and January 2023, four courses will be taught. These are: Energy Storage, Renewable Energy, Power Purchase Agreements, Dispatchable & Flexible Solar Power, Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage.
